Training has been an important part modern organization human resource management.Having high quality employees is the foundation of an organization to get the advantage in market competition.And the training is considered as the most effective method to enhance the advantage of the organization in the competition,therefore,more and more organizations realize the importance of human resources training and pay attention to the training system of human resource.After China joined into WTO and the national health reformation,the competition in the medical market exacerbates.Competition in the medical market is also the competition for human talent.Strengthening the human resource training can not only remain excellent,but also give their full motivation and improve their capabilities,keep and promote the market competition of the hospital.However,the importance of the human resource training is not fully recognized by the state-owned hospitals of China,the training is mostly in a inattentive condition,and lack of systematic,standardized and appropriate training system which accords with actual situation of the hospital and which somehow limits the developments of the hospital.This paper summarized relevant theories of training system,combined with the in-depth analysis of the current situation of human resources and training system of X Hospital,studied the basic theory of training management,the training system which is divided into training organization system,training process system,training curriculum system and training security system.This paper researched current situation of the training system of X hospital,points out the shortcomings:the lack of strategic planning and systematic standardization in the training organization system;the lack of training needs analysis and training evaluation in the training process system;the lack of innovation in the training content and methods in the training curriculum system;and the lack of training guarantee system.On this basis,this paper puts forward the optimization program of training system in X hospital:training needs analysis and effect evaluation optimization;innovative training curriculum content,methods and organizational process;establish training related security system.This paper attempts to discuss the method of optimizing the training system of medical and health technicians in hospitals.
