Objective1.The purpose of this study is to construct a training system of innovative and entrepreneurship nursing talents under the background of the combination of medical and nursing,with the training of innovative and entrepreneurship talents as the main line,so as to provide reference for the development of innovative and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational medical colleges.2.Explore the best teaching and practice mode for training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Higher Vocational Medical colleges,improve students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities and promote innovative development of higher vocational medical colleges.Methods1.On the basis of the project "Research on the Training of Talents with Integration of Medical Care and Nursing Care" and the project "Practical Research on the Training of Innovative Talents with Integration of Production,Education and Research",and with the purpose of this research,innovative improvements were made by means of literature research,theoretical research,brainstorming and expert demonstration,and a preliminary "Training System of Nursing Talents with Integration of Medical Care and Innovation and Entrepreneurship" was constructed.Standards and contents.2.Nursing students in two classes of 2016 pilot class of medical-nursing integration in a higher vocational college in Chengdu were selected by lottery as the research object,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.60 students in experimental group were trained and managed according to the "innovative and entrepreneurial nursing personnel training system of medical-nursing integration";60 students in control group were trained according to the conventional nursing personnel training system of Higher Vocational education.Intervention time: the first and second school years of nursing students in Vocational colleges.Before and after the implementation of the scheme,the two groups used the Chinese version of Critical Thinking Scale,Self-directed Learning Assessment Scale,Self-assessment of College Students' Innovative Ability,College Students' Entrepreneurship Motivation Scale and Active Personality Scale to evaluate the effect.After the intervention,the experimental group and the control group were used as representatives to make statistics on the awards of nursing students participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship contest in college.Statistical methods: SPSS21.0 software was used to analyze and process the data.The difference between the test group and the control group was as follows: normal distribution variance was homogeneous: two independent samples t test,normal distribution variance was not homogeneous: two independent samples t'test,nonnormal distribution: Mann-Whitney U test,P<0.05 showed significant difference.Results 1.Constructing the Training System of Nursing Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges with the Combination of Medical Care and Nursing Innovation and EntrepreneurshipFinally,it is determined that the training system of nursing talents in higher vocational colleges is a talent training system based on the combination of medical and nursing,guided by the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,aiming at cultivating students' quality and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,guided by curriculum teaching system,supported by innovation and entrepreneurship practice system and guaranteed by innovation and entrepreneurship service system.It mainly consists of training objectives,curriculum system,quality evaluation system and guarantee system.2.Trial Results of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Nursing Talents Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges with the Combination of Medical and Nursing Care"A total of 120 vocational nursing students completed all data collection.There were 60 people in the experimental group and 60 people in the control group.2.1 Comparison of Critical Thinking Ability of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational CollegesAfter intervention,the total score of critical thinking,truth seeking,open thinking,analytical ability,systematization ability,curiosity and cognitive maturity of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the total score of critical thinking and the scores of each dimension of higher vocational nursing students after intervention were higher than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,there was no significant difference in the total score of critical thinking and the scores of each dimension before and after intervention(P>0.05).2.2 Comparison of Self-directed Learning Ability of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational CollegesAfter intervention,the total scores and dimensions of self-directed learning of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,there were significant differences in the total score of self-directed learning,learning consciousness,learning strategy,learning behavior and interpersonal skills between the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores after intervention were higher than those before intervention.In the control group,there was no significant difference in the scores of learning consciousness,learning behavior,learning evaluation and interpersonal skills before and after intervention(P>0.05).2.3 Comparison of Innovative Ability of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational CollegesCompared with the control group after intervention,the average of innovation ability and dimension scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,there were significant differences in innovation ability and dimension scores between pre-intervention and post-intervention nursing students(P<0.05),and the score after intervention was lower than that before intervention.Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the mean of innovation ability and scores of each dimension before and after intervention(P>0.05).2.4 Comparison of entrepreneurial motivation of nursing students in Higher Vocational CollegesAfter intervention,the total score of entrepreneurial motivation,risk-taking,selfrealization and social support of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after intervention,the total score and each dimension score of entrepreneurial motivation of higher vocational nursing students were higher than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in scores of various dimensions of entrepreneurial motivation before and after intervention(P>0.05).2.5 Comparison of Active Personality of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational CollegesAfter intervention,the scores of active personality of higher vocational nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of active personality of higher vocational nursing students after intervention were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the scores of active personality of nursing students before and after intervention(P>0.05).2.6 Statistics of awards in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions for nursing students in Higher Vocational CollegesAfter the intervention,the awards of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions between 2016 and 2018 for two groups of higher vocational nursing students were counted.The results showed that the number of awards,award grade and award grade of higher vocational nursing students represented by the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition.Conclusions1."Innovative and entrepreneurial nursing personnel training system of medical and nursing combination" is conducive to improving the basic quality and innovative and entrepreneurial ability of nursing students in Higher Vocational colleges.2.The construction and implementation of the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial nursing talents in higher vocational colleges provide new ideas for the comprehensive reform of education in Higher Vocational Medical Colleges in China.It promotes the innovative development of higher vocational medical colleges while improving the quality of personnel training,and meets the needs of society and the times for innovative talents.
