| ObjectiveBased on the theory of competency-based education,we discusses the core competence of postgraduates majoring in anesthetic nursing,and constructs a training program for postgraduates majoring in anesthetic nursing with China's national conditions,so as to provide theoretical reference for the training of postgraduates majoring in anesthetic nursing in China.Methods1.Literature Review Method: Through the distribution of electronic questionnaires,the current situation of the education background of nurse anesthetist in China was preliminarily understood,laying a foundation for further research.2.Literature Review: the research group took nurse anesthetist,core competence and training program as key words to consult domestic and foreign literature databases,medical high-efficiency websites,and nursing society organizations' websites.Based on the literature review results,the index framework for anesthesia MNS training programs was developed.3.Semi-structured Interview: in order to further improve the content of the index system.The research group conducted semi-structured interviews with 11 experts in clinical anesthesia,anesthesia nursing,nursing education,nursing management and other related fields to draft the initial inquiry questionnaire.4.Delphi Method: 40 experts in the related fields of this study were selected from across the country for two rounds of consultation,and the experts were asked to rate the importance of the proposed indicators,the deletion criteria of the indicators were to meet the significance assigned mean<3.5,the coefficient of variation>0.25,and the full score was<0.2,and we combine expert's opinion and the score to undertake adding and deleting to the indicators.5.Statistical Methods: the mean,standard deviation and coefficient of variation of indicators at all levels were calculated,and the expert positive coefficient,expert coordination coefficient and authority coefficient were calculated,and the weight of each indicator was calculated by the proportional distribution method.Results1.A total of 236 valid questionnaires were recovered in the current investigation stage.Respondents came from 22 provinces and autonomous regions,including Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Shandong.Among them,there were 32 males(13.56%)and 204 females(86.44%),the respondents' average age was 33.61±8.10 years,and working life was 12.07±8.49 years,and 5.55±4.22 years of working experience.87.60% of the respondents had a bachelor's degree,and only 12.71% major in anesthesia nursing.2.37 experts from 8 provinces completed two-round of Delphi Method,The average age of the experts was 45.47±7.09 years,The average working life of the experts was 20.87 ± 7.51 years.With positive coefficient of 95.0% and 97.4%,expert authority coefficient of 0.813 and 0.812,and Kendall's W were 0.176(P<0.01)and 0.138(P<0.01)respectively.3.After two rounds of correspondence and consultation,the final cultivation program for postgraduates majoring in anesthetic nursing includes three first-level indexes,namely “cultivation objective“,“cultivation process“ and “evaluation index”.And 18 second-level indicators and 110 third-level indicators.Conclusion1.Most nurse anesthetist in China have a bachelor's degree,but most of them are graduates of non-anesthetic nursing major,and they are transferred from other departments as the main source,with poor professionalism.The lack of discipline construction and the lack of national unified specialized certification standards are the two major problems that restricting the anesthesia nursing.The state should formulate corresponding standards as soon as possible,so as to promote the more standardized and more perfect development of anesthesia nursing cause in China.2.With high enthusiasm and authority of experts and consensus of experts,the cultivation program of postgraduates major in anesthetic nursing constructed in this study is scientific to a certain extent and can provide certain theoretical reference for the cultivation of postgraduates major in anesthetic nursing in China. |
