Optimization Of Nursing Training System For SYCD Hospital

Among Chinese public hospitals, about 50% of all hospital staff are nursing staff. So the optimization of training system for nursing staff makes deep influence on the developing of public hospitals.East Ward of Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital Eastern District(hereafter referred as SYCD hospital) is a public third-grade class-A hospital. The training system of nursing staff has become more and more complicated because of the past system is a multi-layer and many personnel related training system Based on its complicated training system. It has a lot of problems in the training of different nursing positions. The old nursing training system is hard to match the development of SYCD hospital. This project is based on the current situation of training and administration of staffs. Aimed at improving the training system of SYCD hospital by teaching modern training and administrative theory as well as the Quality Control Circle(abbreviated as QCC). At the same time, this thesis has made a complete evaluation and verification of the status and satisfaction of optimized training system to make the system perfect. It is worthwhile of referring for the optimization of training system in other equative hospitals.
