Automobile industry has always been an important part of China's economic and industrial structure.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,automobile has become an indispensable means of transportation in people's daily life.With the gradual enhancement of residents' consumption ability and people's living standards,under the circumstances of accelerated development of new industrialization and urbanization,China's automobile output is expected to reach 300 by 2020.About 100,000 vehicles will reach about 35 million by 2025.With the further expansion of the output of China's automobile market,the gap between salesmen,maintenance personnel and managers will be wider and wider.At present,China's automobile 4S enterprises are mostly private.Human resources management has a certain foundation in enterprises,but there are also many problems.Therefore,the study of human resources management in the automobile trade industry has good application value and practical significance.Righteousness.This paper takes Guizhou C Automobile Trading Co.,Ltd.as the research object.The company belongs to private enterprise.Through more than ten years' development,it has certain foundation in human resources management,but there are also many problems.From the perspective of human resources,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the definition,development process and functions of human resources management,and investigates and studies the current situation of human resources in C company from four aspects: organizational structure,salary system,recruitment and staff training.It also analyses the current situation of human resources in C company by means of questionnaires and data statistics,and finds out C company's current situation of human resources.The problems existing in the company's current human resources management and the reasons for these problems are pointedly found out.In the face of unreasonable organizational structure,unfair salary system,irregular recruitment,and imperfect staff training,C company,which is still in the developing stage,improves the company's overall level by optimizing human resources management,thus making the company.Under the situation of increasingly fierce competition in the industry,we can make full use of the core competitiveness of enterprises,achieve rapid development under the guidance of national laws and regulations,and also provide effective help for the company in formulating development strategies.
