| With the acceleration of the aging process,the problem of difficult travel for the elderly has become increasingly prominent.Daily travel,as the main maintenance of normal life,is a necessary condition to improve the quality of life and happiness of the elderly.Therefore,it is of great significance to provide safe,convenient and comfortable auxiliary means of transportation for the elderly and to alleviate the problem of difficult travel for the elderly.Considering the current application of technology and policy standards,the design of electric mobility vehicles for the elderly will be more standardized and have more possibilities.The research obj ects of this paper are mainly people aged 70~85 years old who have mild or moderate physical disorders and are in the stage of mediation and assistance and have travel needs.The main research methods used are literature analysis,questionnaire survey,user interview observation,KJ and inductive analysis.First of all,this paper defines the elderly and elderly electric mobility vehicles from different perspectives,and defines the research object and subject of this paper.The concept of user demand and related theories are expounded,and on this basis,the process and method of user demand acquisition,the content of user demand analysis and the method of user demand integration are analyzed,and the product design process based on user demand is sorted out.This paper classifies the elderly electric mobility scooter from multiple angles,analyzes the design form of product components and the current situation of product development and design,and summarizes the characteristics and existing problems of the elderly electric mobility scooter.Secondly,the paper collates and summarizes the physiological,psychological,behavioral and activity characteristics of the elderly users and the relevant literature on the human scale of the elderly,so as to obtain the demands of the changes of the characteristics of the elderly user group on the design of products for the elderly and the human data in the sitting state.The demand of urban elderly electric mobility users was obtained by face-to-face questionnaire and observation interview.The integrated user demand is further classified and summarized to build the primary product demand model.On this basis,the satisfaction survey of user needs is conducted to determine whether the acquired user needs are in line with the expected goals and prioritize them.Then the user requirements are refined and transformed into product design requirements.Finally,under the guidance of design principles and design elements,the appearance design of urban elderly electric mobility products and the interface design of "Easy Go" APP for monitoring with relevance were completed.To sum up,this paper takes user demand as the theoretical basis and aims to improve users’ safe and comfortable travel experience.Based on the product design method based on user demand,the integrated user demand is transformed into design and applied to the product appearance design of urban elderly electric mobility vehicles and the Interface design of "Easy Go" APP for monitoring. |
