Research On Design Survey Method Of Mobility Devices For Elderly Based On User Satisfaction

Following increasingly aging of population,assistive devices are becoming more and more significant for the elderly.At the same time auxiliary industry continues to develop and evolve.However,the investigation about outcomes of assistive devices and users' satisfactionis is of serious deficiency in our country.What's more,the content,whether the elderly are content with assistive devices and how the elderly can be satisfied with the assistive devices,is rare in design research.If not satisfied,why? If not content,how? Users-oriented design conception has been the mainstream from the tendency.Both the users' experiences and researches that are from users' feelings and needs prevail in reality.Therefore,Design surveys based on users' satisfaction also should be taken into account.The degree of auxiliary devices users' satisfaction,reflecting the needs of the users,the effectiveness and quality of the auxiliary and auxiliary services,can detect testees' preference and bias so that it can offer reference and direction to make up for the weakness of the previous design.An increasing number of elderly people use assistive devices and movement plays an extremely important role in their daily life.Therefore,it is meaningful to carry out the research with the survey method of elderly moving devices based on users' satisfaction.This study consists of four parts just as what follows,trying to combine users' satisfaction and design survey method.The first part is to put forward the problem and make a brief description about the research background,the research purpose,the research results,the research significance and some innovations.The second part is to analyze the problem and discuss the classification about the use of assistive devices and the users' satisfaction.Analysis of the significance about the research based on outcomes of assistive devices and the current design survey methods are included in this part.The third part is to solve the problem and introduce the conception of users' satisfaction,connotation of users' satisfaction and some related theories,starting with outcomes of assistive devices' using and satisfaction of assistive devices' using.The method of surveying the design of movement assists based on users' satisfaction is studied from three aspects: selection and improvement of satisfaction measure,selection of information collection mode and means of data analysis.The fourth part is to practice the investigation and the design,based on users' satisfaction about movement devices,so that conclusions can be drawn and prospection can be made.In this research,we explored the method of surveying the design of movement assists,and it was helpful to find out how satisfied with the use of the assists and how to improve the use of the movement devices through the design survey.
