Research On Adaptive Design Of Elderly In Urban Residential Environment

The aging of the population will be accompanied by the 21 st century.Research on urban living environment has changed from functional research of architectural space to research of the life order.Under the premise of living environment and affection,the concept of the family is particularly important for the elderly.The“home care for the elderly”model is the core of the building's living space.The building space is bound to exclude the living space of the elderly in the living environment of outdoor environments such as communities and parks.The living space is included for discussion.Therefore,the study on residential environment in this article refers to the study of living space in buildings,and puts forward the viewpoint in the above background: The so-called design of ageing in the urban living environment is based on the subjectivity of the elderly and follows the age-related growth of the elderly.The influence of physiological and psychological factors and the development of modern information technology require effective adaptive research.The principle of barrier-free design and the improvement of the living environment of the elderly need to be explored in terms of universalization,emotionalization,and intelligence.Research.How to continue the quality of life for the elderly in their independent life span,The theory is divided the main body into three parts:The first part(Chapter 1-2): The basic theory of the paper.The first chapter comprehensively discusses the research background and research status at home and abroad,and introduces the development status and trends of domestic and foreign urban housing.The second chapter analyzes the characteristics of the urban living environment in China,analyzes and studies the basic characteristics of the elderly under ergonomics,and the design factors that affect the ageing of the building space.Through a questionnaire survey,the design of the living environment in the current basic city is analyzed.The second part(Chapter 3-4): Questionnaire survey results analysis.In the third chapter,through the household survey in the early stage,the problems in the use of the space in the elderly in the urban community were thoroughly understood,and the successes and disadvantages of the elderly in the design and use of the building space were summarized and analyzed.In the later period,we will study outstanding domestic and foreign urban living environment cases,and highlight the traditional and modern old agedesign of living space and behavioral space for the elderly.The fourth chapter uses ergonomics to study the design points of physiological,psychological,and behavioral activities for residential and senior citizens,in an attempt to solve a series of discomforting old issues such as spatial functions,decorative materials,and color lighting in old age,and proposes to create an environment suitable for the elderly.Stronger operational strategy.The third part(Chapter 5-6): Thesis theory has been promoted to promote the application of practical research.The fifth chapter adopts the practical theory of application and continues the development of old-fashioned design.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.The conclusion is that“the old age”is the study of the living needs of the elderly in the survival instinct.It is based on the study of the “original intention”of old age,and it is transformed into a more flexible and delicate balance relationship as an in-depth reflection process.Adapt to the changes of contemporary pluralistic social contexts.This is also the perspective of the times.
