Research On Multi-project Priority Evaluation In Communication Base Station Engineering

In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile communication technology,it is not uncommon for communication companies to execute multiple projects at the same time,but enterprise resources are limited.Simultaneous implementation of multiple projects within a certain period of time will cause resource conflicts,affecting project implementation and corporate strategy In order to solve this contradiction,multi-project priority evaluation is needed in order to realize the common interests of the company's multi-projects and corporate strategic goals.Therefore,in a multi-project management environment,combining enterprise strategy and project management objectives,how to establish a scientific multiproject priority evaluation system is an urgent problem to be solved.This thesis combines the author's experience in multi-project management in practice,taking DT's communication base station project as an example,focusing on how to establish a multi-project priority rating system based on corporate strategy for such projects under the company's limited resources to achieve project priority Sort.Specifically,it includes two parts: First,establish a multi-project priority evaluation index system for the communication base station project.Combined with the characteristics of communication base station engineering projects,using brainstorming methods and field interview methods,with corporate strategy as the core,from the perspective of finance,risk,impact and innovative learning,establish multi-project priority evaluation dimensions and indicators,and introduce the entropy weight method,Collect data through a questionnaire survey,introduce this method and calculation steps,and use the entropy weight method to calculate each index weight.Second,build a multi-project priority evaluation model and application for the communication base station project.Introduce the approach of ideal solution approach to build a multiproject priority evaluation model.Combined with DT's organizational structure and function distribution,form a multi-project priority evaluation process for the communication base station project.Take DT's multi-project as an example to conduct case demonstration and conduct the demonstration project.Sort to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.Multi-project priority evaluation is the basis and important link for enterprises to carry out multi-project management.Based on the enterprise's strategic objectives,this paper clarifies the key factors that affect the sequencing of multi-projects of communication base station projects,and establishes multi-project priority that meets the characteristics of DT enterprise communication base station projects The hierarchical system avoids the blindness and one-sidedness of multi-project decisionmaking of enterprise managers,realizes the allocation and optimization of enterprise resources,and better achieves the strategic goals of enterprises,so it has strong practical significance and application value.
