| Project management is popular in IVD devices development;the company can not only focus on project management but also multi project management.The competition among different projects,such as capital,equipments,human resources,if not reasonably arranged,it will impact the market of the new product.Therefore,high-efficient utilization of resources can ensure the project cycle,reduce costs,and finally improve production efficiency.Based on some problems existing in multi project management,the paper focuses on the optimization of resources allocation.First,starting from the multi project management,combining with the relevant literature and research results,the research directions and methods of this paper are founded.Using AHP method to determine the priority of each project in the group,then building the mathematic model of the problem,setting minimum lead time of the project as the goal,applying a heuristic rule to resolve the model: weighted resource utilization ratio and precedence(WRUP).To make the rule suit to the reality of the company,the weight of the projects priority is combined.Then the activities can be arranged as per the priority value and made a new planning for the multi project.The result of the schedule plan shows that the priority rule is more effective for the company.According to the results of this paper,a more reasonable and optimized schedule can be made.The paper supplies a useful method for the similar company on the multi project management. |
