Identification Of Cost Factors Of Industrilized Housing From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Our country is currently in the stage of large-scale and rapid urbanization.In the next few decades,there will be a great demand for housing,which will make the process of promoting industrialized housing inevitable.Although industrialized housing has the advantages and characteristics of energy saving,being pollution-free and recycling of resources,the industrialized housing is confronted with many obstacles in the process of implementation.Among them,the investment in the early phase of industrialized housing is higher than that in traditional housing,which is one of the main causes impeding its popularization.Therefore,in this paper prefabricated concrete buildings were selected as the research object to analyze the main cost components and cost influencing factors of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of supply chain,and corresponding cost-reducing suggestions were put forward in order to rationally allocate and utilize resources to achieve cost reduction effect.It was studied the cost of industrialized housing from the perspective of supply chain in this paper.In the research process,prefabricated concrete buildings were selected as the research objects,the cost characteristics of prefabricated houses and traditional houses were analyzed and compared,and the applicability and advantages of the supply chain perspective and system dynamics research methods were further discussed.From the construction process of the prefabricated building,the main cost components of the prefabricated building were analyzed from the perspective of the supply chain,and the relationship between the cost influencing factors were showed by a system dynamics model.Finally,the model simulation was performed to analyze and identify several key influencing factors,such as process level parameters,component design standardization,management parameters,project planning level and material selection.In the end,the cost-reducing reference suggestions were given correspondingly on the basis of key cost influencing factors.In this paper,the key cost influencing factors have been identified and corresponding suggestions were put forward accordingly by researches,which provides reference for future research on the cost influencing factors of prefabricated buildings from the perspective of supply chain.
