Prefabricated building is an important means and way of building industrialization.because of its characteristics of earthquake resistance,environmental protection,recyclability,short construction period,it has become the development direction of our country’s construction industry.However,at present,the promotion and large-scale application of prefabricated building are constrained by costs.The main bodies of their material supply chain are independent of each other,and the costs in each link are affected by many factors.Therefore,it is of positive significance to study the cost optimization of prefabricated building material supply chain.This thesis will discuss the key influencing factors of the supply chain cost of prefabricated building materials from the design stage,production stage,transportation stage,and construction and installation stage.At the same time,it will also consider the influencing factors of management,and divide the influencing factors into different levels.From the perspective of the project,use a system dynamics model to analyze the changes in process parameters,design standardization parameters,management parameters,project planning parameters,and costs under different material selection.Firstly,the definition of prefabricated building material supply chain is proposed according to relevant theories,and the connotation of prefabricated building material supply chain cost is analyzed.Introduce the principles and modeling steps of system dynamics.Secondly,through literature analysis,the influencing factors of prefabricated building material supply chain cost are sorted out according to classification,and the initial collection of influencing factors of prefabricated building material supply chain cost is determined.Through questionnaire survey,20 key influencing factors of prefabricated building material supply chain cost were screened.Using the ISM interpretive structural model,key influencing factors are divided into three levels: direct influencing factors,indirect influencing factors,and fundamental influencing factors.On this basis,the system dynamics model of prefabricated building material supply chain cost is constructed from the perspective of the project,and the system is simulated with the actual case to analyze the changes of the total cost and each sub item cost under the change of parameter conditions.Finally,according to the analysis of the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated building ‘material supply chain,combined with the results of system simulation,targeted suggestions are put forward from five aspects: process,design standardization,management,project planning,and material selection.By analyzing the influencing factors and system composition of prefabricated building material supply chain cost,the theoretical achievements of prefabricated building material supply chain are enriched and optimization ideas are provided.
