For a long time,traditional cast-in-place construction model has caused serious problems such as heavy waste of resources,increased environmental pollution,and hidden problems in quality and safety.In order to adapt to the sustainable development of urban construction,it has become necessary to explore an efficient,low-cost,green and environmentally-friendly assembly-type construction model.At the beginning of the 13th Five-Year Plan,the state proposed the top-level design that about 10 years of assembly-type construction accounted for 30%of newly-built buildings,and an upsurge of prefabricated construction was set off across the country.The prefabricated concrete structure is the main structural form of the prefabricated building.It is assembled from PC(Precast Concrete)components.The effective control of the PC components' quality is the key to ensure the quality and safety of prefabricated building.Based on the thorough investigation of PC component factory and prefabricated building construction site,the paper studies the quality control of PC components from the perspective of supply chain.Firstly,through reviewing the current research literature,concluded that there is a lack of systematic quality control study of prefabricated building PC components from the perspective of the supply chain;based on literature research and practical investigation,the common quality problems of PC components were summarized,analyzed the influence of 4M1E factors on the quality of PC components such as production,storage,transportation,and hoisting based on analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,it analyzed the preparation work,process flow,and quality control points of each stage of the PC component supply chain through practical investigation,made PDCA cycle as control logic,combined with BIM and RFID technologies,studied the quality control measures and control processes at each stage,built a PC component information management model based on BIM-RFID and a PC component quality control system from the perspective of supply chain.Thirdly,through literature research,experts consultation and investigation study,preliminary quality evaluation index system of the PC component was conducted.Selected Likert5-point scale design index screening questionnaire.SPSS20.0 was used to statistically process the survey data.A total of two rounds of screening have established an evaluation index system.Constructed evaluation index importance pairwise judgment matrices based on 1-9 scale method.Data is collected through expert surveys,and is calculated using Yaahp11.3 to obtain PC components quality evaluation system with attached weights.Finally,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the PC component quality of HY project.The evaluation grade was obtained according to the principle of maximum membership degree.The comprehensive evaluation of the scores of all levels of indicators was performed,then pointed out the deficiencies and suggestions about the quality control of PC components in HY project.
