At the moment,China is in a new phase of development of the construction industry,and the base of the Chinese population is large,and it is a huge demand for housing.In view of the current situation,both the number of houses and the quality of the properties cannot efficiently meet the general demand.At the same time,the national government is more interested in the issue of environmental protection,has made a number of new demands on the construction of green civilisation in the construction industry,and the construction of green civilisation is not only a national demand,but also a trend of the construction industry.Compared to conventional imitations such as concrete constructions,the prefabricated architecture has several advantages,such as improving the quality of the project,reducing the workload and reducing the construction time of the project.However,the prefabricated construction has a high cost problem and the construction costs are higher than the conventional current water construction method.Therefore,it is urgently necessary to examine the elements that affect the construction costs of the assembly type,to perform rational optimization and to promote such a new type of construction method more ideally.The concrete situation of the construction area in Korea,which positively changes the process and experience of the construction method through some advanced assembly formulas in overseas and combines comparative research by the design according to the present water type construction and the construction of the construction of the assembly of the type,clearly represents a concrete situation at the expense of both,and there is a difference between the common costs elements.The literature was extensively studied and analysed,the expensive impact elements of the assembled construction were analysed and classified,and finally the above-mentioned influencing elements were distorted by a questionnaire survey,and finally the list of elements influencing the assembled construction costs was preserved.We have created a corresponding hierarchical model thatspecifies indicator elements that influence the construction costs of the concrete construction,the proportional relationship between elements with different reference levels and indicator layers with hierarchical analysis processing methods,and the ranky meaning.We analyzed the important elements that affect the cost of assembled construction one after the other and submitted optimization recommendations and measures.In this research,factors influencing the external environment and the production and transport of computational materials were created and analysed by specific measurement analyses,research and analysis compared to the five main pages,and while specific indicators had an impact on costs without companies,concrete proposals of control costs in the implementation of assembly methods were some concrete measures.Prefabricated scheme publicized by the national government.However,combined with the current architectural practice,the actual use of this architectural scheme is not much,and the industrial operation mode has not been created.As a result,the efficiency of cast-in-place construction will be improved,and even more will be used.
