In the era of accelerating urbanization,China’s construction industry has played an important role in the development of the national economy.However,the harm caused by the construction industry to the environment and the limitations of its own development are issues that cannot be ignored.Under the tense situation,the construction industry is contrary to the concept of sustainable construction in China due to its own huge energy consumption and pollution caused by the production process.Therefore,in this context,prefabricated buildings rely on their low energy consumption,low pollution and The broad development prospects have attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.The country has successively promulgated a number of policy documents to promote the development of prefabricated buildings,but these documents have different effects in different regions,and the development of prefabricated buildings varies from place to place.Similarly,at present,the development of prefabricated buildings in certain provincial capitals is relatively good.The industrial chain,as an aggregated product produced with the development of the prefabricated construction industry,can accurately dynamically display the development trend of the prefabricated construction industry and the effects of policies.Through the analysis and research of domestic and foreign scholars on the development of the prefabricated construction industry,the construction industry industry chain and the sustainable construction of the construction industry,based on the perspective of sustainable construction,the concept,content and structural model of the prefabricated building industry chain are explained,and the related The introduction of the concept,analyzes the multidimensional formation and integration of the prefabricated building industry chain from multiple attributes,and further analyzes the formation conditions and formation mechanism of the industry chain,and at the same time deeply explores the theory of the formation mechanism of the prefabricated building industry chain.After analyzing the formation mechanism of the industrial chain,I understand the specific reasons for the formation of the prefabricated construction industrial chain from the perspective of sustainable construction.The combination of factor analysis and system dynamics is used as a mathematical method to study the development mechanism of the prefabricated building industry chain.Based on the perspective of sustainable construction,the six levels of technology,society,economy,environment,policy and culture have The influencing factors of the prefabricated construction industry chain were identified,and then factor analysis was introduced to re-categorize and determine.Based on the determined impact factors,the system dynamics causal loop diagram and stock flow diagram including the four subsystems of technology research and development,production capacity,resource input and market demand are established.Finally,the development of the prefabricated construction industry chain in Jiangxi Province is used as a research case.By collecting the relevant data of the prefabricated construction industry in Jiangxi Province,the model parameter variable equations are established.After the model is qualified,the technical support,tax support,financial support and demand guidance policy variables are simulated and analyzed,and the corresponding policy recommendations are finally given.The results show that for Jiangxi Province,the increase in industrial chain capital investment and the increase in the prefabrication rate of government-invested construction projects are strong short-term incentives,while corporate tax incentives and prefabricated building purchase loan incentives play a long-term incentive role.At the same time,the research model can provide a new research idea for the industrial chain of prefabricated construction and policy research.
