Under the background of my country’s implementation of the "urban renewal" plan and efforts to achieve the goals of "carbon emission" and "carbon peaking",prefabricated buildings,as a new residential method of building transformation, are highly in line with my country’s current civilized construction requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection.Sustained broad development space.Combining supply chain management with engineering project management enables managers not only to limit the development of the enterprise itself, but to expand the partnership between enterprises on the chain from a macro-strategic perspective, which is conducive to promoting exchanges and cooperation between enterprises, significantly Improve the advantages of the project in terms of construction period and benefits. However, the development environment of my country’s prefabricated buildings supply chain(PBSC)is "internal and external",which seriously restricts the stable and sustainable development of prefabricated buildings. With the widespread application of supply chain management ideas in the construction field, supply chain resilience as a risk management tool has also begun to attract the attention of scholars. The resilience of the prefabricated building supply chain reflects the ability of prefabricated building-related business entities to survive, adapt and develop in the face of risk changes. Therefore, improving the resilience of the prefabricated building supply chain has become a problem that scholars pay attention to and solve. This paper studies the influencing factors of the resilience of the prefabricated building supply chain, which is conducive to building a resilient supply chain. In this way, each node enterprise will be promoted to give full play to its own technological and resource advantages more efficiently;the node enterprise will be urged to form strategic partners, and the overall supply chain’s ability to prevent and resist risks will be improved. At present, the literature research on the influencing factors of prefabricated buildings and supply chain resilience is relatively mature, but the research linking the two is slightly insufficient. Therefore, this paper first discusses the research status of the two,and defines the concept of the prefabricated building supply chain and its resilience, which is the research object of this paper.Subsequently, this paper identifies the influencing factors of the resilience of the prefabricated building supply chain through literature reading and practical research, and determines the list of influencing factors through expert discussions, and based on this, hypotheses are proposed and a conceptual model is established. This paper conducts an empirical study based on a questionnaire survey, and conducts a statistical analysis of the 262 questionnaire data collected through SPSS software, and finally concludes that the production flexibility of prefabricated building components, logistics capabilities, assembly construction level and partnership are the supply of prefabricated buildings.Chain resilience has a significant positive impact, and the level of informatization and enterprise scale have significant adjustment effects. From a theoretical point of view, the research on resilience management in the supply chain of prefabricated buildings has been expanded, providing a new perspective for the research on supply chain management of prefabricated buildings. From a practical point of view, the research conclusions of this paper have passed the scientific demonstration of empirical research, providing decision-making basis and scientific guidance for the managers of the prefabricated building supply chain, which is conducive to promoting the sustainable and stable development of prefabricated buildings.
