Research On Cost Control Of Assembled Building Components In MH Company Based On Supply Chain

Prefabricated buildings are conducive to resource conservation,reduce construction pollution,improve labor production efficiency and quality safety level.They are favored by local governments and are the inevitable trend in the future with development of the construction industry.But,the high cost hinders the development of prefabricated buildings.Domestic and foreign scholars and related companies have conducted research on the cost of prefabricated buildings to solve this problem,founding that the high component cost is the main factor of the high cost of prefabricated buildings.The application of supply chain management in foreign prefabricated construction industry forms the prefabricated supply chain theory,which can effectively reduce the cost of prefabricated components.This thesis takes MH’s prefabricated component factory as the research background,and objectively analyzes the status quo of cost management during component production and transportation from a supply chain management point of view,analyzing the existing problems and deficiencies,and studies the methods to reduce the cost of prefabricated components.Firstly,the thesis states the relevant research literature internal and abroad.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the current situation of prefabricated component cost management of MH company from the procurement link,production link and logistic transportation of prefabricated component factory,and analyzes the problems of non standardized component design,lack of supply chain management,equipment technology to be improved and low component transportation loading.Then,based on the theory of supply chain management,this study first discusses the current relevant research results at home and abroad.Secondly,starting with the procurement,production and logistics and transportation links of the prefabricated component factory,the cost management of the prefabricated components of MH Company is analyzed,and the problems of the component design is not standardized,lack of supply chain management,equipment process needs to be improved,and lower component transportation and load volume are analyzed.Based on supply chain management,this thesis puts forward cost control measures from the aspects of procurement,production and logistics transportation,and raise some suggestions for enterprises to control prefabricated component cost,including strengthening the cultivation of all staff cost awareness,using effective cost control methods,such as target cost method,quota method,standard cost method,all-round cost control,etc.
