| With improved living standards,people more focuses on the internal spiritual pursuit,making the cultural and creative industries attract much attention,especially museums.However,this research reviews the problems,finding that the current museum lacks of the ability of spreading,educating,enjoying.Museums are experiencing difficulties in transiting to digital forms.Note that the Vision in Product design approach(Vi P)centers on the character of user-product interaction and connects the past to the future contexts,giving light to the museum designers generate innovative inspiration.Therefore,this research aims to help the museums grow out of the digital transformation troubles,making an attempt to put forward the research idea that using the approach of Vi P to design digital cultural products from the aspect of experience design.To further explore the value and the feasibility of the experience design,this research reviews the origins,development,principles and significance.The research frameworks of experience design includes human-oriented,interaction-oriented and product-oriented.This research adopts interaction-oriented experience design as the core theme connecting human and product.Compared the approach of Context Mapping Design(CM)and the approach of Vision in Product Design(Vi P),the latter can push up designers to explore more design opportunities from the view of future contexts that can lead to create the design with long-term value.Based on the theoretical research,this research chooses to practice the approach of Vi P as core method for the digital museum design.In this research,the object of practice is the digital museum of The Thirteen-Hong of Canton helping to carry forward the Maritime Silk Route Culture,and the experience goal is the enhancement of the user flow experience in digital museums product.According to the two stages of design deconstruction and design construction in Vi P approach,this research attempts to restore the past contexts and deduce the future contexts via the research of observation,surveys,card sorting,focus groups.This research uses flow questionnaire and usability testing to verify the results.The results not only can provide some reference value to the digital transitions of cultural and creative industries,but also can enrich the application cases of experience design approaches. |
