| The rapid development of more than 40 years of reform and opening up has accompanied the acceleration of urbanization,as a result,a large number of people in rural areas are reducing,and rural houses are being abandoned,idle or semi-idle state,resulting in a serious waste of rural resources.In recent years,the state has issued a series of policies to encourage and promote the development of tourism in rural areas.Traditional villages occupies a great advantage in rural tourism due to their unique village features,architectural styles,folk customs,etc.At the same time,the living style chosen by tourists for travel has gradually changed from the tr aditional hotel style to the homestay and inn style.The transformation of idle farm houses in traditional villages into homestays can not only effectively use idle resources,develop rural tourism,promote economic development,spread local culture,great ly enrich the material and spiritual life of rural residents,but also promote the integration of urban and rural areas.Contributions to the process of globalization have also become the focus of this article.This research uses semi-idle farm houses in traditional villages as an entry point.It uses literature research,case analysis,field research,questionnaire interviews,and inductive analysis to explore specific strategies for transforming semi-idle farm houses into homestays.The reuse of resources and the protection and development of traditional villages provide a certain reference.This article firstly defines related concepts through literature research and data collation,and grasps the current research status and theories related to this research;secondly,through the analysis of existing country house design and transformation cases,summarizes the general methods of country transformation type homestay design;At the same time,select Nanping Village and Pingshan Village in southern An hui to conduct field surveys on the village profile,tourism resources,overall utilization status of farm houses,and current development of homestays,and compare the similarities and differences between the two villages,and focus on selecting two In-depth investigations were conducted on 12 typical cases in the village to analyze the use status of the specific space of the farm house,and summarize and summarize the characteristics of the semi-idle farm house in the village.For example,the distribution of the idle area in the indoor space is divided into centralized type and scattered type,and the number of idle rooms is relatively large.Duo etc.;classify the existing homestays in the two villages,analyze their transformation characteristics and existing problems;conduct questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews with tourists and semi-idle farm house owners in the two villages respectively,and summarize the current situation of the two groups of people There are the satisfaction of the homestay and the behavioral psychological needs for the renovation of the homestay.For example,the two types of people expect to have a certain amount of interaction with each other but not interfere with each other.Finally,based on the existing countr y house renovation methods and research content,it summarizes the difficulties and key points of the semi-idle farm house renovation,and proposes the principles and strategies for the design and renovation of the semi-idle farm house in the country,including the renovation principles based on general building renovation and the semi-idle farm house renovation principles.Renovation principles for the difficulties and key points of house renovation,as well as general renovation strategies and special ren ovation strategies for different types of rural houses. |
