Study On The Protection And Development Of Idle Traditional Villages In Western Liaoning Region

Traditional villages in western Region of Liaoning Province region are the concentrated epitome of the traditional culture and history in western in western Region of Liaoning region and even the whole northeast region.However,due to the continuous advancement of rapid urbanization,the idle air and waste phenomenon of traditional villages in western Liaoning region has become more and more serious.The existing simple and static protection and transitional commercial development measures can not well solve the problems of low village vitality,idle transformation and the decay of traditional value.Therefore,in order to activate the vitality of these traditional villages in western Liaoning,which have been or are about to appear idle problems,we need to view the traditional protection and development work uniformly,and view the own value and development conditions of each village through the means of protective development Line-targeted solution.Through the comprehensive analysis of idle traditional villages in western Liaoning,the paper analyzes the characteristics,determines the leading protective development direction,the protection measures,and spatial environment Guide it up.The full text is divided into five parts: the first part,which discusses the research background,significance,content,method,the related concept research of idle traditional villages,protective development and the current situation of research at home and abroad,to provide a theoretical basis for the later text.In the second part,the current characteristics and resource value of traditional villages in western Region of Liaoning Province were analyzed,12 villages in an idle state were determined,and the essential causes of idle villages were analyzed.Part 3,combining with the characteristic value of idle traditional villages in western Liaoning and the existing protection and development evaluation system of traditional villages,construct the value and development possibility of idle traditional villages in western Liaoning Comprehensive evaluation system.The fourth part,based on the existing method of rural tourism development type,divide village resources,determine the leading development direction of agriculture,mountain vacation,cultural inheritance and scenic spots,through the correlation of the value factors of each development type evaluation system,formulate the protection development type determination criteria,and put forward specific protection and development measures for each type.Part 5,conduct empirical research on Keshan Jialiang Village,using the future development direction of the village determined by the above evaluation system and type determination model,to control its idle problems and protect its value resources Protection,differentiated type development and space environment construction put forward specific and targeted protective development planning guidance.The paper concludes the following conclusions.Firstly,optimizing the existing evaluation system constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of bidirectional protection development based on resource self-gravitation and development suitability.Secondly,by analyzing the resource characteristics of idle traditional villages in western Liaoning and summarizing four protective development types in Liaoning.Finally,with Kashaliang Village as a concrete empirical case,specific planning and practical research were carried out to achieve the goal of protection.
