Analysis On The Reform And Reconstruction Of Traditional Villages' Residential Buildings

With the accelerated urbanization,nowadays,the traditional villages have different degrees of natural damage and the issue of the rural pension has become increasingly prominent in China,leading to the hollow.This article makes a detailed investigation on the traditional villages,for example,Meidai Bridge Village,Tumd Right Banner,and recover the original architectures through interview,photographing,archiving,applied statistical methods and computer analog technology.The traditional village of Meidai Bridge Village is divided into historical villages,such as historical evolution,village form,road,courtyard,architecture,structure and so on.It is reasonable to analyze and reform the typical residential buildings and study the feasibility of its transformation according to the latter implementation of the process.The article chooses the typical residential buildings and the renovation of the residential buildings to analyze the design of the old-age functions in order to combine the current problems of the rural areas in China and make the initial conceptual design.The article is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction about the background status of Meidai Bridge Village as a main example.The second chapter is the research and the overall research,the Meidai Bridge Village as the main example of the traditional village houses(hereinafter referred to as the United States Dai Bridge traditional houses),research results to sort out the study and put forward the existing problems.The third chapter is the study of the traditional houses of Meidai Bridge,and deeply studies the traditional houses of Meidai Bridge in detail.The fourth chapter is the renovation of the traditional village houses,the feasibility of the renovation of the traditional village design.The fifth chapter is the transformation of old-age function,the feasibility of the traditional villages of the conversion design.The sixth chapter is the case analysis,the current completed planning and design case analysis.The Final chapter is for the conclusion.This article mainly analyzes the characteristics of the traditional houses in Meidai Bridge,the functions of the old-age buildings,and makes an in-depth analysis of its architectural features,space and composition through the in-depth study,and the renovation and transformation of the traditional houses.The conversion of the analysis.The traditional village of protection and organic regeneration into new ideas and methods,combined with the traditional building of the organic update to provide reference methods and ways.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will provide some suggestions for the development of the traditional villages in the development stage,and on the other hand,provide the methods and ways for the rural old-age construction.
