Small and medium-sized enterprises in China’s manufacturing industry have been facing a variety of challenges and difficulties.For products,a wide variety of products,upgrading is particularly frequent,peer competitiveness is particularly large,has been unable to break through,all kinds of resources and human costs continue to grow with the fierce competition in various industries.Lean production management,which has been widely used all over the world after decades of development,is one of the most effective and classical management methods.This paper first expounds the theory of lean production,introduces the lean thought and its goal,analyzes the development of lean production,then compiles the lean level classification table based on lean production,sets the expected value target with each index,learns the level of lean production of S company relative to the competitors of the same industry,and collects the common problems existing in S company to classify and analyze,After diagnosis S it is found that the main problems of production management in the company are confusion of field management,weak quality consciousness,frequent shutdown of equipment,slow enthusiasm of personnel in dealing with problems and so on.To further analyze these collected problem points,adopt value flow chart analysis,IE tools,QC techniques,TPM,Kanban management and other lean methods,to manage the current production situation of S company,personnel cooperation skills,Equipment operation statistics in-depth understanding and analysis.According to the above problems,in-depth analysis and diagnosis to reduce the waste of each link as the goal,so as to maximize the interests of the company.Therefore,for lean production,it is necessary to improve product quality,reduce inventory and reduce waste by determining specific schemes and target values.At the same time,by improving the basic quality level of managers,so as to reduce the gap with customer requirements,enhance the degree of tacit understanding,so as to improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment,as well as the production site management ability.Finally,lean production has been an activity of continuous optimization and improvement.In order to optimize the implementation of improvement,establish training system,organize committee,implement incentive mechanism,construct lean production culture,etc.Ensure effective continuous tracking and continuous improvement. |
