Application Research On Lean Production Mode Of A Metal Product Factory

In recent years,small and micro enterprises,known as "light cavalry" in China's,are affected by the economic environment at home and abroad and their own factors,many enterprises are in a difficult position.To this end,the central and local governments launched a series of policies to support and help them get rid of growing pains.However,internal factors determine external factors.Business models,market positioning,financial management,production management and production efficiency are the main reasons for many small and micro enterprises to get into trouble.This paper takes Xinglongtai metal products factory as the research object,analyzes its operating status,business classification,production management and department set up using lean management theory.Point out that enterprises operating mode is not scientific,management is not in place,the production process exists the phenomenon of wasting problem,the balance of production line etc..According to the vision requirements of the enterprise development,first of all,the enterprise's business is integrated into two major categories,but adopt separate management and unified management.Then,we should change the management mode of family workshop,implement lean management for production personnel,implement compensation system for family members and employees,and participate in production management together,so as to improve their enthusiasm and participation.Finally,the implementation plan of lean production is put forward.Combined with the Kanban management,the production process adopts the unit production,to improve the process flow and realize the punctual production.
