Lean production management thought which originated in Japan in the last century was highly concerned by production manager now. In the new century, all the world will face energy shortage,a series of crises will be brought out by intense competition in the market.The value of lean thought has become the focus in all walks of life,now the management thought has been gradually carried out and obtained preliminary results in many large enterprises.But it has not well used in small and medium enterprises because of the wrong understanding of the essence of lean thought.Some of them stop for difficulties,some of them can not stick to the end and give it up halfway.For this reason, this article combines a machinery company practice, creatively studying and applying, and applys lean production management thought in enterprises's production management system. The customer demand pulls information flow and physical distribution.Using counter order iteration algorithm draws up scheduing production planning and material requirements planning and then realize just in time production.Plan the production procedure with the software,carry out tht plan through the way of lean production.ChapterⅠdiscusses the purpose of this article's topics and the research significance .The main content of this article analyzes the current situation of studies at home and abroad.ChapterⅡanalyzes the advantages and disadvantages of MTO first, combining with the characteristics and principles of lean production.Describe the pull-type production of lean production and traditional push-style production management to promote the comparative advantages and disadvantages.ChapterⅢdescribes the generalization of the company briefly,analysises the problems of the company in production management,then describes functional requirements and performance requirements of lean production management system in the company.ChapterⅣaccords the truth of the enterprise,integrates Lean thinking and information management systems,optimizes all aspects of the production process and various functional modules of information management systems.ChapterⅤintroduces the system development environment and tools,and combined with screenshots of the system describes the realization of some functions briefly.ChapterⅥis a summary of the whole paple,and looking to the future work.
