| Under the circumstance of supply-side reform,state-owned enterprises in China are responsible for improving the efficiency of resource allocation.SF Company is the main industrial base of high-speed trains and high-grade passenger cars in China.Railway,as the main mode of transportation for Chinese people,has become a key industry supported by the state.Speeding up the construction and development of Railways will play a positive role in building a well-off society in an all-round way.Since the operation of high-speed EMUs,railway passenger transport capacity has been effectively improved compared with the Eleventh Five-Year plan,which has greatly eased the tension of railway operation.Nevertheless,it still can not alleviate the tension of railway transportation during summer and spring holidays.As the company’s basic traditional business,carriage products still play an important role.Therefore,in order to improve the railway transport capacity,first of all,to ensure the safety of vehicles,we must ensure the normal operation of passenger cars,so the maintenance of passenger cars has become a decisive factor in the normal operation of passenger cars.Bus overhaul business is the company’s key business,has important significance and value.In the first part of the paper,the background,purpose and significance of the research are introduced,and the research status at home and abroad is also studied.The second part introduces the origin of lean production,the change of enterprise production mode,defines the definition of lean production theory,introduces the main tools and methods of lean production,including 5S field management,total quality management,balanced production,pull-type production,total production maintenance,standardized operation,value flow chart,rapid die changing and Menu management.The third part introduces the general situation of SF Company,summarizes the three characteristics of SF company carriage overhaul,and draws the value stream map according to the collected information and data.According to the value flow chart,non-value-added activities and value-added activities in production are obtained,and waste in the production process is analyzed.The fourth and fifth parts are the core of this paper.The implementation of lean production in SF Carriage Overhaul Branch is designed and implemented in detail.By studying the characteristics of passenger cars maintenance system,a set of lean production mode suitable for SF Company is established.By introducing lean production management,the problem of cost waste in production process is solved by value stream method.Redesign the production process of SF carriage overhaul system,solve some problems in SF Company’s inventory management and logistics management,and make the production process more reasonable and cost saving.The sixth part is the summary and Prospect of the paper. |
