Research On Application Of Lean Production In T Company

Along with the globalization and diversification of economy,market is changing from seller's market to buyers' market.Facing complicate personalized requirements,enterprises are challenging with more and more pressure.Traditional production model and mange methods already can't fit for the practical market requirement.A new method of small production lot,multi-variety,low consumption is coming into implementation,which is called lean production.This paper explicates various lean production concepts and put them into practices.Through implementing lean production,we smooth the production flow;reduce waste in process,so that makes the productivity and efficiency reach a higher level.Based on lean theory research,this paper analysis the problems which T Company is facing and introduce the improving measures.Based on lean production plan,T Company sets up general improvement plan and launch team.They take a series of measures to reduce the waste in process,do SMED(single minutes exchange the diet),implement one piece flow,etc.All these activities made T Company fulfil the requirement of lean production.Based on the overall analysis of lean implementation,T Company got a lot of achievements in many aspects,such as TPM,JIT,logistics and storage space saving.This paper also gives the advice on further lean production improvement.
