21st century is the era of rapid development of science and technology,manufacturing for our country’s economy also gradually deepened,the influence of the automobile industry has become an important pillar industry of our country economy,along with the development of the industrial globalization,industrial chain of auto industry products gradually influenced by global factors,automobile manufacturing enterprises facing unprecedented pressure.At the same time,the rapid rise of new energy vehicles has also dealt a strong blow to automobile parts manufacturing enterprises that rely on fuel vehicles.In this special period,in order to gain advantages in the complicated market competition,reduce resource input,reduce the production cost of enterprises,improve product stability,shorten the supply cycle,so as to win the recognition of customers,it is particularly important.The understanding and application of lean production can help enterprises eliminate waste,reduce costs and improve profits.FA company as a typical auto parts manufacturing enterprise,it is also the automobile engine industry related enterprise,facing the trend of auto industry overall decline,and new energy automobile industry rapid rise of a double whammy,need through the lean production mode,in terms of product manufacturing process improvement,based on the FA H products of the company’s manufacturing process,for example,Combining the actual management status of enterprise manufacturing process,on the theory of lean production and tools for enterprises in the actual production process were analyzed,and the excavated enterprise production site management process of high production cost,low production efficiency,product flow stagnation,defective rate is higher,the backlog of inventory and wip serious problems,such as,the needle on the reasons of the problem.Put forward corresponding countermeasures to help enterprises eliminate waste,reduce costs,and improve earnings.Through the improvement of lean production,the manufacturing process of FA company H product has been significantly optimized.After improvement,the production efficiency and production tempo of H product machining production line are improved,the balance of production line is effectively adjusted,and the capacity is greatly improved.Through the adjustment and automatic transformation of the production line layout,the personnel of the laser engraving process and the production line after the process are reduced,and the labor cost is reduced while the mobility of the equipment is improved.The machining defect rate of H product was reduced through process optimization.Through the recycling of auxiliary consumables,the production cost is greatly reduced.And through certain safeguard measures,to ensure that the effect of lean production can be maintained and continued,and through the method of PDCA cycle continuous improvement,to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
