Continuously improve product quality, delivery timely, reduce production cost, improve the comprehensive management of workshop and competitiveness.Through lean production mode of propulsion, shop in each module propulsion, summarizes the achievements of solidified, establish practical way of lean production model suitable for workshop. Shift employees’ thoughts and ideas, change people’s behavior and thinking pattern, make the lean thought into each employee’s mind, to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement.
