| On the basis of systemically combing the theory and application of "living circle",this study clarifies the theoretical meaning of "living circle" and investigates the daily life activities of residents in Tianjin.Furthermore,this study analyzes the differences of residents" "living circle" with different ages,profession and communities.At the same time,using the K-means statistic technique,the residents" "living circle" are classified into three modes:"neighborhood concentration","residential satisfaction"and "residential expansion",which sum up the use and travel situation to different public facilities.On the basis of theoretical analysis and data investigation,this study refers to the"living circle" model of the elderly in Tianjin,uses POI data and ArcGIS analysis tools to compare and analyze the current layout of public facilities in three typical residential communities.Then,this study reveals the coupling relationship between the layout of public facilities and the living needs of elderly residents,and discusses the existing problems.Finally,based on the case study of the proper aging renewal of existing residential communities in Japan,and under the guidance of principles as green convenience,dynamic innovation,system diversity and open sharing,this paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the proper aging renewal of large-scale suburban existing residential communities from the perspective of public facilities allocation and layout optimization. |
