| In the context of today’s rapid economic development and social progress,the construction of most cities has already met the basic material needs of residents.How to provide residents with a more efficient and convenient lifestyle is one of the directions of future planning.At the same time,the popularization and popularity of the concept of "living circle" makes residents hope to further narrow the distance with various living facilities.How to not only meet the higher requirements of residents in the living circle,but also reduce travel costs and realize the efficient use of life service facilities has important practical significance.From the perspective of the life circle,this article sorts out the existing public service facilities.Carry out targeted questionnaire surveys in the local area to obtain the travel characteristics of local residents,and conduct statistical analysis to obtain the scales corresponding to different circles,and provide corresponding public service facilities under different scales.Afterwards,corresponding solutions were obtained through multi-criteria decision analysis,big data and GIS analysis.The main research contents are as follows:First,through field research and visits to relevant departments,a large amount of basic data was obtained,and sorted out to show the current situation of education,culture,sports,medical and commercial facilities in Changxing County.And on the basis of previous studies,the specific facilities studied in this article are determined,and then the coordinates of each facility are obtained through big data,and the current status of various public service facilities at the spatial level is expressed graphically.Second,through questionnaire surveys,we obtain the number of weekly trips of local residents to different facilities,choice of trip mode,one-way distance,and oneway time consumption,so as to obtain residents’ travel characteristics and use it as a basis for dividing living circles.Third,combine the characteristics of small towns to determine the types of various public service facilities under different levels of living circles,analyze the buffer zone of each public service facility,and combine the location of residential areas to find public service facilities with poor service coverage.Fourth,use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of various factors that affect the location of public service facilities,and then use Arc GIS software to analyze far away from existing facilities,neighboring facilities demand points,and close to traffic stations,and then use the above results to perform multicriteria The decision-making analysis obtains the selection of suitable construction sites for public service facilities that need to be supplemented.This paper takes Changxing County,Zhejiang Province as an example to study,explore the method of dividing the living circle of small towns and the research on the optimization strategy of public service facilities.The administrative level is no longer used as the basis for the allocation of relevant public service facilities,but the actual needs and needs of residents The service scope of public service facilities is used as the basis for quantitative research to find out the areas that need to be optimized reasonably and accurately,and carry out specific guiding significance of public service facilities configuration strategies.Contribute to the early realization of my country’s urban and rural public service equalization. |
