Layout Optimization Strategy Of Community Public Service Facilities In Jinan Old City Based On Residents' Daily Behaviors

Under the condition of the urban land development tend to be saturated,urban development started to stock of "planning",the old town of Jinan,due to the time of construction,change the way of urban development is more urgent,and the optimization of community public service facilities as an important part of the city repair,directly affect the quality of life of the residents and the community's sustainable development.In this context,this article from the perspective of residents' daily activities to community public service facilities of old town of Jinan city as the research object,explore the mode and facilities in the spheres of residents daily activities,found that the old town of Jinan city facilities,optimize the existing Jinan community life circle configuration elements,thus facilities layout optimization strategy is put forward.First of all,this article combed the domestic and foreign community development and the evolution of the relevant standards in our country,summarizes the status quo of community public service facilities,the configuration of the thought and method,a preliminary understanding of activities and facilities theoretical foundation and related research,draw the corresponding revelation,to determine the research community public service facilities and the classification and the basic content of daily activities.Secondly,the overall analysis of the old urban area of Jinan City was carried out to determine the selection of typical streets for in-depth research.The survey objects were selected and questionnaires were issued to obtain the basic information of residents and their daily behavior and travel information.Then the basic group classification is carried out to facilitate the discussion of the similarities and differences in the daily activities of different residents.Then,from the present situation of usage of facilities and residents travel two angles of each type of daily activities are analyzed: one is through on-the-spot investigation,observe the use of community public service facilities,operations research analysis,the second is residents questionnaire and the interview result analysis,summarizes the characteristics of residents' daily activities and needs.Through cluster analysis,residents' daily behavior and activity patterns can be divided into three types: urban expansion type,community concentration type and street satisfaction type,so as to explore the matching relationship between facilities and activities.Finally,through the relationship between activities and facilities,the thesis finds out the current situation of community public service facilities in Jinan old city,and predicts the development trend of community public service facilities.Combined with the above problems and trends,the corresponding community public service facilities optimization strategy is put forward.Firstly,the three-level living circle system of "neighborhood(community)-community-street" is constructed from the perspective of planning,and the walking distance is divided into 200 m,500m and 1200 m.The contents of configuration elements are summarized and the methods of scale control are put forward.Then,from a macro point of view,the layout of the environment outside the facilities is guided,including opening all kinds of space and creating a non-motorized environment.Finally,from the micro point of view of facilities,the layout and service content of facilities are proposed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of activities,the population in Jinan old city can be divided into three categories:full-time young and middle-aged,part-time young and middle-aged,retired old people,and each type of activities of residents has its own unique characteristics.(2)From the point of view of facilities,from the view of facilities circle layer,each type of facilities have their own use of distance,frequency circle range.In fact,the community living circle in the old city of Jinan is far less than the 15-minute walking range,and most of the residents' activity space is also concentrated in the community,community or street level,with walking distances of 200 m,500m and 1200 m.This article give full consideration to the residents in different activities,the use of different facilities,the characteristics of the differences from the perspective of humanistic and residents' demand,not only analyzes the foundation using the characteristics of community public service facilities,all kinds of demand from emerging facilities are discussed in this article,summarizes the residents daily activity pattern,the community life circle walking distance classification results,Make the construction of the life circle more scientific,the proposed strategy more meaningful,can provide a certain reference for the future topics.
