Study On The Influence Of Community Public Living Facilities On Residents’ Service Quality And Its Spatial Differences

The ever-expanding city scale and mass population flowing into city in the process of urbanization have resulted in the growing demand for urban basic living facilities.With the continuous development of China’s society and economy,residents pursue higher-quality life,and focus more on the service quality of public living facilities around the community.Cities should provide better life experience for residents,which is an important guarantee for building a harmonious society and the foundation for sustainable urban development.For a better quantitative evaluation of the service quality of community public living facilities,this thesis proposed a community public living facilities service quality evaluation model using objective POI data and subjective Meituan evaluation data as the data source.First,the spatial analysis of the data was performed using GIS technology,including establishing buffer zones for the extracted community points and eliminating non-compliant data.The firstlevel and second-level classification of public living facilities in the POI data was conducted to provide data preparation for index calculation.Then,the four evaluation indicators included in the model were established,namely,accessibility,diversity,selectivity,and satisfaction.The quantitative method for related indexes was determined through research.Finally,after the completion of the calculation of the four indexes,standardized processing of the calculation results was performed,and the entropy method was used to assign different weights to the indexes,thereby achieving the quantitative evaluation of the service quality of community public living facilities.Taking the built-up area of Jinan City as an example,this thesis verified the model’s usability and practical application value.The calculation results of this model were spatially visualized by means of Ordinary Kriging interpolation.On this basis,the spatial distribution status of the service quality of community living facilities in the built-up areas of Jinan City was further studies.It is found in this thesis that there existed huge differences in the evaluation results of the service quality of community facilities in different spaces of Jinan City.Through the study of the main influencing factors of urban spatial development differences,this thesis classified urban space into new urban area,old urban area;core area,peripheral area,suburb;high-priced residential area,and low-priced residential area from three perspectives of history,society,and housing price economy.The result of urban space classification was superimposed with the result of visualized service quality of community public living facilities.The index differences of service quality of different spaces in the city were further analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The areas with good service quality evaluation are mostly concentrated in the old urban areas,while the areas with poor service quality evaluation and bad service quality evaluation are less distributed in the old urban areas,mainly concentrated in the south of Qianfo Mountain.The areas in the new urban area with poor service quality evaluation and bad service quality evaluation are more distributed.(2)The service quality evaluation of core areas mainly focuses on good and excellent,and there is no poor evaluation area.There are a few areas in the south of the core area,but the proportion is less.In the areas with good service quality evaluation in the peripheral area,the west is distributed in the zone from the zoo to the south to the hero Shanxi side,and the East is mainly distributed in the north of Baihua park.In the peripheral areas,the areas with poor service quality evaluation are mainly distributed in the south.There are a few areas in suburban areas with good performance and good service quality evaluation,and the overall service quality evaluation is not good.(3)Under the influence of historical factors,the indexes of old urban area is better than new urban area;Under the influence of social factors,the indexes of core area,peripheral area and suburb are obviously stratified.Core area is better than peripheral area,and peripheral area is better than suburb;Under the influence of economic factors of house price,there is no significant difference in indexes between high-priced residential area and low-priced residential area.Accurately evaluating the service quality of community public living facilities by quantitative research method will be of great significance to the planning and construction of urban community public living facilities.In virtue of this model,the disadvantages of single data source and fewer calculation indicators in the current research can be solved,thereby providing a new method for studying the layout of urban living facilities and the quality of life.The research results serve as the referential basis for the reasonable planning and layout of community public living facilities in the future.
