As an essential part in urban residents' daily life,community public service is the significant platform for city social work,which palying an important role to material and civilization construction.The elderly,who usually stay in the community to spend most time after retirement,is the main people in the community life.Whether the service provided by the relevant community facilities to satisfy their basic demand,will affect the community life satisfaction evaluation and livability.With the development of urban construction and public service facilities,community home care service is a new type of pension suggested by the contry,which combined with the traditional way of life and the status quo of the population.And it is getting more and more people's attention,on account of conforming to the traditional family endowment concept,also is a good fit reality social and economic conditions.Unlike most of the past literature focusing on community Institutional pension facilities,writer of this paper Integrates the facility in the community contacting with old people closely and meetting their physical and mental health development in daily life.Considering the functions and roles that relevant public service facilities in the community should perform in the community home care comprehensively.For daily life view based on behavior characteristics and daily activities in the elderly,taking advantage of the technological methods conducts a study such as field investigation,questionnaire interview,GIS and mathematical statistics.Discussing and analysising about the present situation of nanshan district community elderly service facilities layout,coverage and combined with community distribution rules of residential buildings,and so on.Building social performance evaluation index system from the community facilities construction of objective results and subjective feeling in the elderly.Selecting some representative communities in the eight streets in Nanshan district for evaluation.And to explore how the community facilities space layout can influence social performance.Suggesting the improving ways of thespatial distribution amongs community public service facilities.The survey found that,spatial coverage degree in Nanshan district is higher among community health care,management and cultural entertainment facilities.However,there also exist facilities blank area in edge district,the residential community development intensity is not exactly match with facilities distribution density,the difference among communities is huge,and the highly concentrated in local part of areas.Location,function,policy,and terrain are the main four types factors which cause problems above mentioned.Comparatively speaking,the construction between nursery for the elderly and psychological counseling facilities are relative late.At present,every district only has one facility above mentioned to provide service for residents.Main reasons caused this phenomenon include that,on the one hand,there is a lot of work to improve residents' understanding about the significance of these facilities.On the other hand,most of the elderly can not afford high fees of the service for lacking of financial aid and the bad management.For the elderly,they usually hope facilities spatial location near their living place.Considering the characteristics of the specific requirements among the elderly and disabled,we need to set the related facilities near the old concentrated distribution area in the construction of community planning.In addition,facilities composite utilization can not only improve the utilization efficiency of land resources,but also promote mutual connection and communication for different ages,what will go a long way to reduce the loneliness for being alone permanently.In the end,"Internet + community center" will become a new development model for community-home care service,what is helpful to the future construction of community public service facilities.Innovation points of this article are mainly represented in the following aspects: The firet,this paper attempts to expand the range of community-home care applications,relevant elderly community facilities,rather than to simply limit within the institutions endowment in community.Taking five kinds of community public service facilities to establish the complete community service chain for the elderly life service.The second,analyzing and comparing the lag between the layout and specification standards,evaluating the accessibility of the facilities from the perspective of the elderly,so as to improve spatial layout research in the community public service facilities.At last,using the performance evaluation to estimate the effect of community service facilities,what will be helpful to enhance the standardization of community public service facilities.
