Planning Study On Community Aged Home Service Facilities In Haidian District

Since 2000,China has entered an ageing society.With the rapid development of China’s national economy and society,it is an important period to actively cope with the ageing of the population as we enter the "14th Five-Year Plan" stage,along with the increasing ageing of our society.At present,the construction of community elderly care facilities in China has become a priority for the government,but there is a lack of scientific guiding principles for the planning and construction of these facilities.As the Haidian District of Beijing has entered a stage of deep ageing,the elderly’s needs for old age in Haidian District are at the same time developing in a diversified direction,while the combination of the circle of life theory and the community home care model provides a new idea for this study,which can meet the needs of the elderly while effectively avoiding the waste of resources on the basis of resource integration and resource optimisation in the community.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to combine the circle of life theory to study the planning of community home care service facilities that meet the needs of the elderly and conform to the characteristics of the current situation in Haidian District.In this thesis,529 communities in 22 streets in Haidian District,Beijing were selected as the research objects,and the planning and layout of community aged-care service facilities were studied.Firstly,based on the analysis of the current situation of ageing in Haidian District and the research on the current situation of community aged-care service facilities,using methods such as statistical analysis and two-step moving search method,it is found that there is an unbalanced contradiction between the supply and demand of community aged-care service facilities in Haidian District,and it is clear that the current facilities have the problems of lack of differential regulations of service radius,low spatial coverage rate,unreasonable spatial layout and inadequate service functions.Secondly,based on the theory of spatial accessibility and the theory of daily life circle,the planning content and objectives are clarified from the perspective of the support system for community elderly at home,and the planning strategies are proposed in line with the characteristics of the current situation.Finally,based on the forecast of the resident population and the population of elderly people aged 60 years and above in Haidian District up to 2035,and taking into account the planning and expectations of Haidian District for the elderly care system in 2035,the shortage of community elderly care service facilities in the study area in a certain period of time in the future is projected,the different types of needs are clarified,and the proposed planning method is applied to integrate The proposed planning method is applied to integrate the service needs of the elderly in each street and community,introduce the Location-allocation Model(LA Model),Based on the clarification of different types of needs,the LA model was combined and based on this,a planning and layout plan for community aged care service facilities in Haidian District was derived,which also enhances the rationality and scientificity of facility location and promotes the long-term development of community aged care service facilities at home.
