The Strategies On The Elder Friendly Quality-improvement Of The Existing Residential Public Space In Hefei City Under The Model Of Home-based Care For The Aged

At present,the aging situation of my country’s urban population is grim.How to provide high-quality urban space and living environment for the elderly has become an important subject to be studied in the field of architecture and urban planning.This article focuses on the research on the suitable ageing of public spaces in old residential areas of Hefei City under the development of the community home care model.Practice provides meaningful reference.This paper investigates the overall situation of old residential areas in the downtown area of ?? Hefei,and summarizes the basic characteristics of the old residential areas in Hefei in terms of inventory,distribution,structure,scale,and ageing progress.Based on the above survey,four representative settlements were selected as specific research objects based on the differences in the status quo of the settlements.The residents’ questionnaire survey and the PSPL survey method were used to analyze the activity characteristics,elderly care needs and the quality of the public space of the settlements.Conducted a survey and analysis,summed up the daily activities of the elderly and the needs of old-age care,and combined with field research and satisfaction evaluation to summarize the public space in terms of safety,comfort,accessibility,diversity and utilization rate.Shortcomings and main problems.Based on the investigation and research,combined with the community home care goals and five-minute life circle planning theory,it proposes an update strategy from the three levels of space,culture,and management.It proposes an ageing update strategy,which mainly includes: multi-residential collaborative update;outdoor public space in Optimization of roads,greening,activity venues and environmental facilities;according to the needs of elder care and norms and standards,carry out optional design of elder care service facilities and improve the functional structure of residential areas.Finally,taking Amber North Village in Hefei as an example,the planning,design and transformation of public spaces and public service facilities in residential areas were renovated,and the layout and environment construction of outdoor public spaces in residential areas,the types of elderly care service facilities and location suggestions were proposed.,Collaborative improvement of outdoor public spaces and old-age service facilities,and other specific improvements were proposed.
