Pile wharf is one of the commonly used port engineering structures,which has been widely used in various ports in China due to its simple structure and strong foundation adaptability.With the increase of pile wharf projects,the problems of schedule management is becoming serious.It is particularly important to apply advanced schedule management theory to the field of pile wharf engineering for the development of China’s port industry.Through consulting and analyzing a large number of engineering examples,this thesis puts forward a method of schedule optimization of piled wharf based on the critical chain method,which provides some references for the application of the critical chain method in port engineering.Firstly,through consulting and analyzing a large number of literature materials,this thesis sorted out the basic theories of the critical chain method,including constraint theory,aggregation theory.Secondly,according to the characteristics of pile wharf engineering and the problems existing in the actual construction,the schedule optimization method based on the critical chain method is proposed.This method focuses on the determination of constraint resources,the critical chain recognition based on heuristic algorithm,buffer calculation based on fuzzy theory and improved root variance method.Thirdly,taking T pile wharf project as an example,the optimization method is applied to the project,and the optimized project schedule plan is obtained.Meanwhile,the project schedule plan obtained by critical path method was compared by monte carlo method,which showed that the optimization method had certain advantages.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research results of this thesis,the deficiencies of this paper and the next research direction are proposed. |
