| Critical Chain is a scheduling methods based on the Theory of Constraints.Compared with the traditional schedule method,such as Gantt chart,CPM and PERT,it has obvious advantages.The schedule plan made by Critical Chain can reflect the reality of projects more effectively and avoid every possible affect produced by risk factors to the duration.With the characteristics of long construction period,the large-scale of construction and covers a wide range,as well as uncertainty,ect,the difficulties of the implementation of tail transit construction in accordance with the schedule are much creased.Therefore,to insure completing on time,at the earlier stage of the construction,it is cannot be ignored to fully considerate how to respond to the elements which would possible hinder the process of urban rail and develop a more reasonable project schedule,so that the project proceed smoothly as planned.With domestic and foreign research on Critical Chain as the foundation,Critical Chain theory,and basic assumption,the core content and implementation steps are summarized.Combined with the schedule constraints of NANKAI’s Metro Line X project,the applicability of Critical Chain to the schedule of urban rail transit project is researched.Taking NANKAI’s Metro Line X project as an example,Critical Chain was presented.Critical Chain have some methods and models,such as the determination of time limit for the project,calculating of safe time and setting of buffer based on Three Duration Technique.The schedule was worked out according to the process of Critical Chain. |
