The project schedule management often has the phenomenon that the project task duration is too long and the project period is overdue.How to effectively schedule the project has become the focus of research.Applying key chain management theory to project schedule management can solve these two problems to a certain extent.Therefore,this thesis focuses on T project duration optimization based on Critical Chain,and analyzes how to introduce critical chain management in project schedule management.The progress of the project management in how to introduce the key chain as the research object,there are five parts of this thesis: the first part is the introduction,the background of the Critical Chain,research status and research ideas,methods and contents.The second part is the summary of the related theories of schedule management,which including the Parkinson's Law.This thesis mainly analyzes the traditional project schedule management methods and existing problems,and discusses the basic ideas and possible problems of the key chain project management.The third part is to determine the key chain identification method,the text is mainly based on the critical path method based on gravity identification method,especially in resource conflict,the introduction of gravity identification rules to identify the key chain.The fourth part of this thesis,we set buffer evaluation index,clear index weight,and set up buffer size through expert evaluation.The fifth part is case analysis.Taking a transformer substation construction project as an example,this thesis discusses in detail the concrete process and calculation method of introducing critical chain into project schedule management.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.The conclusion of this thesis: the emergence of critical chain project management,largely overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional project management,critical chain project management not only can effectively compress the duration of the project,and through the monitoring mechanism of buffer can effectively control the progress of the project.According to the core link of critical chain project management set the buffer size using the identification method of gray evaluation,by introducing the whitenization weight function to determine the influence of uncertainty factors,the buffer size is more reasonable.
