Research And Application Of Public Space Design In Old Residential Quarters From The Perspective Of "Micro Renewal"

Since the 21st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the urban population has been expanding.However,in the rapidly expanding cities,the apparent acceleration of residential decline has become an increasingly prominent problem.When it comes to residential communities,people first think of modern high-rise buildings with pleasant supporting facilities,but in fact,behind the bright and beautiful side of every city,there are "dirty,bad,dilapidated" old residential communities.The old community generally refers to the residential community(including single residential building)built in the 1980 s and 1990 s with low construction standards,backward facilities and equipment,incomplete supporting functions,poor environmental hygiene and no long-term management mechanism.It is because of the characteristics of old residential area can not meet the present living and spiritual needs of the people,so the old village transformation has become a major livelihood of the people in today’s society development and urban renewal project,it can meet the needs of the masses of the people a better life and promote the livelihood expanding domestic demand,promoting the construction of urban renewal and development mode transformation,promote the quality and economic development is of great significance.For many years,the rectification and governance of old residential areas has been a tough and persistent battle for the implementation of local government departments at all levels.On the way of exploring how to effectively renovate old residential areas for a long time,the competent departments of the government have not only made some achievements,but also accumulated a lot of experience and learned a lot of lessons.After the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a few advanced cities took the lead in putting forward the pilot work of "old residential areas and micro-reconstruction",so that the broad masses of people,regardless of social strata,can share the achievements of urban development in the new era and build a safe and comfortable living together.Different from the extensive old community reconstruction methods of "repair and repair" and "overhaul and overhaul" in the past,"micro-renewal" is a restoration and gradual transformation method.As the area where people live and move,the community is an important part of the city.For residents,whether the community has a good public space environment is no longer a simple space environment design designers can do,it needs to combine more aspects to assist the reconstruction of the old community.Residential public space as update community residents’ quality of life,and arouse the vigour of community core essential factor,the design of public space for a residential quality has important influence,it not only directly affect the residents’ daily life is convenient,whether comfortable,more affect the community residents’ mental outlook,a successful community public space design,residents will have a good cultural atmosphere will have a stronger sense of belonging and a sense of security,so the public space is an important task of updating the old village development.Based on micro renewal theory research,such as choice kunming xiong deyou jinlong village field research and in-depth analysis of the residential location,has great economic value,after an update have been done,but only to stay on the surface of tinkering,did not fundamentally solve the community residents’ real demand,so the choose update ideas,community public space as the breakthrough point,on the basis of related theory and the reference case,micro renewal design strategy is proposed for upgrading,tiny node respectively from implementing path and update the target to explore,to point with surface,so as to activate the old village,It is hoped that it can provide another method for reference for the design method of micro-renewal and reconstruction of the old community.As a region where people live and live,community is an important part of the city.For residents,whether the community has a good public space environment is not only the designer can do through simple space environment design,but also needs to combine more levels to assist the transformation of old and old residential areas.As the core element of renewing the living quality and stimulating the vitality of the community,the public space design plays an important role in the quality of a community.It not only directly affects the convenience of residents’ daily life,comfort,but also the spiritual outlook of the residents.A successful public space design will affect the quality of community life Residents with good humanistic atmosphere have stronger sense of belonging and security,so public space is an important task for the renewal and development of old and old residential areas.This paper,through the research of micro renewal theory,chooses Jinlong District of Guandu District of Kunming City for field investigation and in-depth analysis,and puts forward the design strategy of micro renewal of public space in old residential areas based on relevant theories and reference cases,and puts forward the micro renewal plan of old residential areas under the background of the present era.Based on the perspective of micro renewal,the public space of old residential areas is explored from the implementation path and renewal objectives,and combined with practical cases,hoping to provide another method for the design of micro renewal and transformation of old residential areas.
