Research On Micro-renewal Of Public Space In Urban Communities

With the development of social economy,Chinese cities have entered the urban residential construction renewal stage after the transition of the planned economy to the market economy at the end of the last century.After the reform and opening up,the development of community renewal and transformation is in full swing.For nearly half a century,these communities have become obsolete and objectively unable to effectively meet the actual needs of community residents.How to find a reasonable way to update the community,at the same time,solve various social contradictions,achieve economic,social and cultural changes and revival,and promote the further development of urban functions,has become a major issue in urban construction and community development.How to make these communities renew their atmosphere through micro-updates is a new topic of stock update.This article adopts a research method combining theoretical research and literature collection to review and summarize the development history and practical experience of urban community public space,community renewal,community building,and community micro-renewal at home and abroad.Provide evidence and support.Secondly,according to the community micro-renewal projects that have been completed in the country,through field surveys and interviews,we will analyze community micro-renewals with colleges and universities as the main body,community micro-renewals under the direct promotion of the government,and community micro-renewal with social organizations as the main body.Class cases,through vertical comparison,summarized the update process and operation mode of each type of case,and summarized their micro-update experience.Finally,through horizontal comparison,the differences between the three types of cases in terms of composition,operation mode,strategy,status quo,and scalability of micro-updates are analyzed,so as to sum up the conditions required for a successful community public micro-update project: On-site community public space renewal;perfect operating procedures;the intervention of community planners;the design intervention of environmental narratives;community construction;the joint participation of government departments,social organizations,college institutions,and community residents.Then,the composition of micro-renewal of public spaces in urban communities was summarized.The objects of micro-renewal of community public spaces are generally older,have a higher population density,have a higher degree ofaging,and obsolete public space facilities,and urgently need to be fully functional,transform public spaces,and improve environmental quality.The promoted community generally involves space updates,function updates,and humanities updates.It clarified the process,model construction and sustainable strategy of community public space micro-renewal.Establish a multi-subject participation mechanism through a combination of upper and lower levels;establish a community planner system to ensure the sustainable development of community micro-renewal projects;build communities based on environmental narrative methods;these community public space micro-renewal strategies enable micro-renewal of community public space Promotion.Finally,in conjunction with the community micro-renewal practice project I participated in in Suzhou,I studied the application of community micro-renewal in Suzhou,and put forward related suggestions for community micro-renewal in Suzhou,in order to provide some help to the community construction in Suzhou,and promote Sustainable and healthy community development.
