| At present,the urban renewal construction in our country has entered a stage from incremental expansion to stock transformation."Stock Planning" will become the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the old urban area in our country.In this paper,taking the public space as the starting point to study the urban renewal and transformation of urban stock community,to re-think and understand the relationship between public space and stock renewal community,to explore the concept of urban renewal and community regeneration of public space for the goal of renewable community micro Renew the connotation,through investigating the current situation of the public space of Changchun FAW old living area,construct the micro-renewal strategy system for the public space environment of urban stock community in the background of urban organic renewal,and apply it to the renewal of public space of Changchun FAW old living area designing.The main body of the dissertation includes three parts: theoretical research,model construction and strategic practice,which are roughly divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the main research purpose and research significance of this topic;It is pointed out that the research scope is the urban stock community in the background of urban renewal.The object of study is the "public space" of the urban space form.The theory of dependence is to emphasize the "micro-update" concept.To understand the definition of urban stock community and related concepts of public space and microupdate,the research framework of this paper is proposed.The second chapter mainly summarized the domestic and foreign relevant theory and practice,analysis of micro update stock of community public space in the urbanrenewal protection experience and lack of items.The third chapter mainly discusses the influence factors of public space environment.Using the perspective of system theory,the influence of public space elements for the physical environment,social environment and the ability to impact block dynamic update mode from three aspects.Through absorbing foreign practical experience in urban renewal and reconstruction,detailed analyze the public space of city community update stock of influence factors,to conclude that urban community public space environment micro update stock of tactics.The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this thesis,this paper expounds on the stock of urban community public space formation of the concept of micro updates as well as the purpose,to construct the stock of urban community in the public space environment in the process of the micro update should follow the principle of the system.Through the analysis of the second and third chapter conclusion summary,to improve the stock of urban community public space environment quality,with space micro update concept space of the stock of Renaissance community vitality,so as to activate traditional culture,the continuation of history,the humanities spirit.The fifth chapter takes the old living area of Changchun FAW as the research object,investigates and researches the current status of Changchun FAW old living area’s public space,puts forward the optimization plan for the design method and dynamic mechanism of the micro-renewal of the urban stock community’s public space,further elaborates the micro-Create a livable environment in the city and the impact of urban renewal and protection processes. |
