Old Community Based On The Idea Of Micro Update Research On The Reconstruction Of Public Space

The old community in the city is a kind of mixed community between the city and the countryside,and it is the space carrying the culture of the mother city.However,with the extension of time,the focus of urban development is extended to new districts.The old and old communities are faced with the problems of space,society,culture,renewal model and so on.How to inject new vitality into these old communities,to tap their potential value,to rejuvenate them in the new era,and to be able to "self-hematopoiesis" is a very important research topic at present.Based on the above reasons,this paper explores the relevant theoretical connotation and practical development,analyzes the related concepts,and lists the principles and applications of the concept of micro-renewal based on the current characteristics of the old community and its renewal and transformation.Based on the needs of human beings,this paper analyzes the influence factors of the reconstruction of old community public space.This paper takes the theory of urban design as the concrete research method to study the reconstruction of public space in the renewal of old communities.This paper analyzes on the components of the reconstruction of public space in the old community,and attempts to put forward the strategy of reconstructing the public space of the old community under the concept of micro-renewal,and through the thorough analysis of the actual situation of the renewal of the community of Gojia in Wuhan.Analysis,field research and actual participation in the way of in-depth verification and practice of the strategy.The main body of this paper includes four parts: theoretical research,influence factor extraction,strategy exploration and case study.The main contents are as follows:1)Taking public space as a breakthrough point,from the perspective of urban architectural design,it summarizes the theory of human demand,the theory of micro renewal,the way of public space life,and the theory of exterior space design.2)Discuss the development of the theory and practice of micro-renewal,analyze the formation of the old community and its physical environment,spatial form and social relations,and analyze the influencing factors of the reconstruction of the public space of the old community.3)On the basis of the above research,this paper tries to put forward the design strategy of the reconstruction of the old community public space under the concept of micro-renewal.4)In this paper,the representative community of Gojia camp in Wuhan is selected to carry out field investigation and in-depth analysis as the verification and practice of the strategy.
