| As always,the drive shaft of rotating machinery is an important part of the power transmission system,and the state of the drive shaft directly affects the quality of the whole rotating machinery.Torque is a typical index that can reflect the mechanical transmission performance,and is one of the core dynamic parameters of the transmission shaft.By testing the torque of the drive shaft,the change of torque of the rotating machinery in the process of rotation can be studied.In recent years,wireless communication technology has been developing continuously.The application of wireless communication technology to torque test can solve the problems of complex connection and cumbersome test equipment,and save manpower.In addition,to improve the accuracy,real-time performance and stability of the torque monitoring process is a crucial factor to ensure product quality and production and processing safety.This thesis,the torque monitoring system of rotating machinery is designed by using Zigbee wireless communication technology.The system mainly includes the acquisition module of torque signal,the transmission module of torque signal and the monitoring module of upper computer.The main research work is as follows:(1)A hardware design of the torque monitoring system is designed for the torque signal acquisition module.The torque signal acquisition circuit is designed,the output voltage is obtained by the full-bridge circuit composed of strain torque sensor,the voltage is amplified and filtered,and the radio frequency chip CC2530 is used for A/D conversion and data transmission.(2)A software design of the torque monitoring system is designed for the torque signal transmission module.Z-Stack protocol Stack conforming to Zigbee 2007 protocol is adopted to program the terminal node for data collection,the router node for data forwarding and the coordinator node for network establishment respectively,so as to realize their functions,establish a wireless data transmission network,and realize networking,sending and receiving.(3)For the host computer monitoring module,C # language is used to write the host computer interface program,and the functions of real-time torque monitoring and data storage are completed.(4)Reliable communication of data transmission in multi-node wireless networks is achieved in the case of rotation.In the process of data transmission,the classical hybrid routing algorithm has the problems of uneven network energy consumption and large data transmission delay.A Zigbee routing optimization algorithm based on improved ant colony algorithm is proposed to achieve reliable communication.(5)For the designed torque monitoring system of rotating machinery,data collection test and networking test were carried out.Experiments verify the accuracy of the system in data collection.According to the measurement data,the deep learning model is used to predict the torque variation trend of the drive shaft,and finally the running state of the drive shaft is quantitatively evaluated. |
