In industrial production,the furnace as a thermal energy conversion equipment,its operating quality has an important impact on production efficiency.Temperature is an important parameter to improve the operation quality of the furnace.Temperature monitoring is an important means to improve the quality of operation.The current monitoring of temperature is mainly based on the wired method,the cost of laying the line is high,the data transmission speed is slow,the external interference is large,and the stability is poor,so the realization of wireless temperature monitoring system is of great significance.Through the research of wireless sensor network,the system is divided into three parts: terminal node,monitoring host and monitoring center.The terminal node is mainly responsible for collecting temperature data and uploading the temperature data to the monitoring host.The monitoring host summarizes and processes the data,and sends the data to the monitoring center for storage and processing.This system selects TI's CC2530 as the ZigBee implementation platform,and develops a temperature monitoring system from both hardware and software.Developed the CC2530 processor and peripheral circuits and designed the serial port module,RF wireless RF module,digital tube display module,power module and temperature sensor module respectively to realize the core board and the bottom board.The system selects a distributed allocation mechanism to determine the 16-bit short address of each node in the ZigBee network.Analyze the insufficiency of the tree routing algorithm,and propose an improved method of clustering and limiting the maximum hop count.The application has achieved good results in the network and significantly reduced the power consumption.The networking algorithm is developed.The networking is divided into two parts: the coordinator establishes the network and the child nodes join the network,and implements the ZigBee networking in combination with the Z-Stack protocol stack.Designed to realize the PC host computer interface,real-time display and save temperature data.Taking the furnace as the experimental platform,the gas flow is the input data,the temperature is the output data,and the input and output data are identified by the least squares method to obtain the system model parameters.The modeling method of using the input data to identify the model parameters avoids the analysis of the complex operating mechanism of the furnace,and the modeling is easier,and the model is closer to the actual production.Based on the system model,dynamic matrix controller and PID controller are designed respectively.The simulation by MATLAB shows that the dynamic matrix controller works well.Compared with the PID controller,the adjustment time is fast,the stability is good,and the anti-interference is strong,which can meet the control requirements.
