The Design And Implementation Of Ship Engine Room Monitoring Alarm System

Wireless communication has many advantages,wireless cabin monitoring and alarming system is the main development direction in the future.This paper based on Zigbee wireless sensor network technology,presents a low-cost, no wiring and high reliability cabin monitoring and alarming system, mainly introduce the system design scheme,hardware and software design of the sensor nodes, construction the wireless sensor network,development cabin monitoring software and so on.According to the typical structure of wireless sensor network, integrated the demand and characteristics of cabin monitoring and alarming system,present the overall system design scheme.Design the cabin data acquisition nodes and data aggregation nodes based on CC2530SOC. Add ICP DAS data acquisition subsystem to data acquisition nodes,let single node can collect multiple channels of data,design serial communication module in the data aggregation nodes,let low machine systems connected to computer monitoring center.Based on the SampleApp example provided by Z-Stack protocol stack,modify and supplement the application layer function,funish the software program design of the nodes.These nodes can establish wireless sensor network automatically when power on,collect and transmit the monitoring information to computer monitoring center.Using the C++Builder5integrated development environment,developed a cabin monitoring software has the characteristic of function fully and interface friendly.The software can receive and process the data upload by low machine,and also can management and configuration the wireless sensor network.This paper provides a feasible solution for wireless cabin monitoring and alarming system.By choose different sensors and modify the application layer of Z-Stack protocol stack,this system can be applied to other monitoring occasions conveniently.
