In recent years, with the development of modern society, rail transit has entered to a rapid development stage in our country. Subway has been gradually became the main mean of public transport in large and medium-sized cities with its high efficiency, energy-saving and steady advantages. The total mileage with subway under construction has been reached to thousands of kilometers. Because of the tunnel deformation caused by the geology uneven settlement after the tunnel completed and the building on the tunnel, the safety of the tunnel and the stability of the train-running will be seriously affected. Therefore, monitoring the structural deformation and environment of the tunnel with real-time becomes particularly important. The traditional method is using Leveling Instrument or Electronic Total Stationseted on a certain cross-section of the tunnel to monitor the deformation of the tunnel which requires a lot of manpower and resources, and conflicts with the train, can not reflect the real-time deformation of the tunnel.This paper has researched and developed one kind of wireless sensing device for monitoring structural deformation and environment of the tunnel. By monitoring the stress and displacement inside the tunnel reflectsthe tunnel deformation in real time.Meanwhile, detectsthe temperature and humidity inside the tunnel.Builds tunnels unlimited sensor network based on ZigBee mesh topology. The data monitored by each sensor will transmitted to PC for processing, display and alarm.
