| Water conservancy is the basic industry of the national economy,the construction of water conservancy projects can meet a variety of functions,it can not only control flood,water supply and irrigation,but also meet the development and construction of clean energy such as hydropower.The Er-Jian-Gou Reservoir Project in Tonghe County is a medium-sized water control project with comprehensive utilization,such as alleviating flood disasters,solving the problem of long-term irrigation water shortage in downstream farmland,and developing tourism industry.The project has the characteristics of high investment in traditional large and medium-sized water conservancy projects,large demand for resources,tight construction period,complex construction conditions,affected by external natural environmental factors and local economy,etc.,especially the construction progress will directly affect whether the project can successfully achieve the goal,which is of great significance.This paper takes the construction project of Er-Jian-Gou Reservoir as the research object,based on the project scope,project objectives and organizational construction,and comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the construction schedule management of the project through the summary of the historical experience of similar projects and the methods of visit and investigation.The total construction period target is preliminarily selected by analogy method,and the progress plan is worked out by using WBS work breakdown structure,three-point estimation and network planning technology.The comparative analysis method and the time limit optimization method are used to optimize and adjust the progress,the progress control process is formulated by using the progress control principle,the effect of the progress control of the reservoir hub project is analyzed,and finally the progress guarantee measures are put forward.This study plans and controls the whole life cycle of the construction project of Er-Jian-Gou Reservoir,improves the management of construction progress,and provides a theoretical basis for the timely,high-quality and efficient construction and production of the project.The measures proposed in this study provide practical guidance for the construction of Er-Jian-Gou Reservoir,and have achieved good results in the specific implementation of the project,which can effectively improve the level of managers and ensure the quality and safety of the project,so that the project can be completed within the planned time limit,and provide management experience for relevant large and medium-sized and other complex water conservancy construction projects. |
