The level of China's engineering industry has become more and more advanced and scientific.It has entered a relatively stable stage of development.Project progress management is the core of engineering management,and the progress of the project directly affects the economic interests of construction companies.Especially for the social training of high-quality,highly capable personnel of the school project,we should do a good job of planning and management.The practice base comprehensive teaching building construction project has a long construction cycle,unique nature of the project,high quality requirements,and many uncertain factors in the construction,and it is easy to affect the construction of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to control and manage the progress of the project.This paper analyzes the progress management experience of the comprehensive teaching building construction project of the research practice base to provide some reference for similar projects in the future.This article takes the practice base comprehensive teaching building construction process project as an example,the project construction progress Management research.Based on the concept and research method of progress management theory at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and studies the practice base construction project by means of literature method and case analysis method.Through investigation and research of the project,formulate a project construction plan,analyze the impact factors of the project,analyze the overall project according to the WBS,estimate each task time,organizational decomposition,and use Gantt map method,network plan map.Preparation of project progress plan;In the implementation of the progress plan,dynamic monitoring,using the S-curve comparison method,pay attention to whether there is a gap between the actual progress and the progress plan,and analyze the reasons for timely response measures.Finally,through the adoption of organizational,technical,resource,management and other multiple measures to ensure the construction of the project progress.
