With the development of Chinese higher education and promote the enrollment of colleges and universities,also on the increase,especially with the enrollment expansion in 1999 and the process of the popularization of higher education started,most of the public university has the potential into full play.close to full capacity,some universities even in a state of overload,so as the students society the need for independent college is also increasing year by year,expanding enrollment scale.It also poses a serious shortage of teaching resources and infrastructure, the development of campus construction and teaching space has become the biggest obstacle to the development of the school,both from the state,local or enterprise investment are constantly increasing,the construction of institutions of higher education continued to expand in size. Project schedule management is an important part in project management, especially with the scale, complexity and requirements of the project, the project schedule management is more important. Traditional project management methods and techniques have been unable to meet the needs of modern project in terms of schedule, resources and quality. Through the research of this paper, considering the time factor, the effect of cost, quality, risk and other factors on the progress of the project is studied.The progress of the project management includes two parts of contents,namely the project schedule control plan and project schedule plan.The progress of the project management is an important content of project management,it runs through the project management before, during and after the event,the whole process, through scientific management schedule,so that the actual progress of the project control in the plan.The project is scheduled to be completed in 2015,started in May to 2016 September time, large engineering quantity,according to the characteristics of the Yantai University Institute of comprehensive laboratory building construction projects,a reasonable schedule,And propose a reasonable project schedule control measures to ensure the project is completed on time.Progress in project management has played a vital role in project management, across the whole project cycle. Project schedule and control is reasonable, directly related to project management,But also directly affect the Yantai university admissions.Project management since,Researchers have been in project management,especially the project schedule management research and explore unremittingly, the project schedule management technology has experienced a long development.But in practice people often ignore the effective management of project progress, lead to appear in the process in the project:construction period delay, resource conflict, lower quality problems and so on, Affect the project successfully completed.This is the theory research and practice come apart, the theory has not been applied in practice. According to the characteristics of the project, this paper studies the factors that may affect the project schedule, including the project investment cost and project quality. It will be helpful to the construction of the project schedule management in the comprehensive experimental building of Yantai University. Through the research of this paper, we can make the project manager pay more attention to the project schedule management, analyze the reasons for the delay in the process of the project and make the adjustment. In this paper, a complete project progress plan is compiled for the comprehensive experimental building of Yantai University, and the construction schedule control scheme is established.
