Research On Project Progress Optimization Based On Pert And SD

The progress management of water conservancy projects is an important subject.Construction delay might cause harmful impact on the overall project,and may even affect the quality of the project.This paper selects W hydropower station project as the research object of schedule optimization,and focus on project progress management optimization,which can help managers adjust and optimize the schedule according to resources and current situation.Finally,managers can achieve the goal of completing the project with high efficiency and quality.The research method is a combination of two methods,program evaluation and review technique and system dynamics.The former aims to obtain an optimized schedule plan,and the latter aims to verify the feasibility of the optimized plan and provide reasonable management measures for project managers.PERT is a commonly used construction schedule management method for engineering project managers.PERT(Program Evaluation and Review Technique)has an excellent application effect.However,due to the limitations of PERT in dealing with large-scale projects,it cannot fully consider the influencing factors,so this article introduces SD(System Dynamics).This method analyzes the influencing factors of the project,establishes a reasonable system dynamics model,and simulates according to the optimization strategy to provide a better theoretical basis for management decision-making.This article uses PERT technology and MS Project software to draw Gantt charts,and then obtains a more efficient schedule based on the original planned construction information.In addition,according to the system dynamics theory,I analyze the system influence factors and construct the total system dynamics model,the VENSIM PLE software is used for simulation and the rationality and feasibility of the optimization plan are verified.Finally,I complete progress schedule optimization plan and give some suggestion.This study gives managers a new management perspective,as well as new management tools combination of the two methods combined.
